The Wedding Day Package
The Ultimate Wedding Package
Exactly what is the ultimate wedding day? For you, the happy couple, it will be quite simply the most fabulous day of your lives. Every detail is covered. Every moment is thoughtfully planned for. As b.inspired takes care of everything, you only need smile and enjoy your day in the sun.
The ultimate wedding includes:
Prior to the wedding
- Unlimited planning/consulting meetings
- Coming up with the vision (creative design services for the rehearsal, wedding and honeymoon)
- Create and monitor a customized wedding task checklist
- Wedding outline (a detailed guide for the days prior to the wedding, the wedding itself and any necessary follow-up)
- Budget development and management
- Location scouting
- Provide and assist with vendor selection
- Attend meetings with key wedding professionals
- Review all vendor contracts prior to signing
- Coordinate production of all printed materials, i.e. save the date cards, invitations, maps, programs, place cards, thank you cards
- Wedding weekend itinerary (written and mailed to the wedding party and important participants)
- Assist with contacting guests that did not RSVP
- Manage guest list and seating arrangements
- Coordinate transportation (valet parking, limo service, etc.)
- Manage and plan for out of town guests (accommodations, transportation, welcome gifts, care packages, activities, etc.)
On the wedding day
- Includes everything in the wedding day service package, plus:
- 12 hours of personal support (includes 2 coordinators)
- Prepare honeymoon suite
- Arrange getaway transportation
- Schedule honeymoon accommodations
- Coordinate any post wedding needs
- And anything else your heart desires
