The Wedding Day Package
We begin the wedding day package at least two months prior to your big day. This allows time for us to get to know each other, set expectations about the event and execute the details of your wedding day. With b.inspired involved, you can relax in the days leading up to the event. You’ll be reassured that your day will be everything you hoped for.
The wedding day service package includes:
Prior to the wedding
- Two planning meetings
- Unlimited contact via phone and e-mail
- Create and monitor a customized wedding task checklist
- Wedding party layout (ceremony procession chart, reception seating chart)
- Wedding day schedule (a detailed timeline of activities)
- Wedding day inventory sheet (a detailed list of items to be delivered and picked-up from the ceremony and reception)
- Confirmation of all vendors
- Wedding day etiquette advice
- Wedding weekend itinerary (written and mailed to the wedding party and important participants)
- Coordination/assistance with wedding rehearsal
On the wedding day
- Eight hours of personal support (includes 2 coordinators)
- Organization of wedding day flow, pre-ceremony – reception
- Assist with photographer, ensuring all photos you want are taken
- Ensure proper placement of all décor at ceremony and reception
- Collection, delivery and set-up of miscellaneous items (wedding favors, programs, place cards, cake knife, etc) from the bride’s home to the event sites
- Address all wedding party questions, needs, wants, concerns
- Oversee vendors, receive deliveries
- Work with the chef and catering staff
- Deliver final payments/gratuities on behalf of couple or parents
- Insure personal items (gifts, guestbook, cameras, toasting flutes, etc.) are accounted for, organized or packed up and delivered to the appropriate individuals
- Manage conflicts or any unforeseen situation or emergency
- Instill a feeling of calm control throughout the day and evening
